Started in 2011, Adobo Connection is the first Filipino fast casual restaurant dedicated to serving the country’s national dish. Our mission is to bring the taste and feeling of the Filipino home to everyone. Growing primarily through franchising, the group has expanded three brands that grew to more than 60 stores in less than 7 years.
The success of Adobo Connection led the group to launch new restaurant concepts: Chopstop in 2013 and Sisig Society in 2015. Chopstop is geared towards a more cosmopolitan and aspirational crowd serving American comfort food while Sisig Society aims to create a fun and unique restaurant for elevated Filipino street food.
In 2017, the group has partnered with the Bounty Fresh Group of companies to grow the brands to 200 stores in the next three years.
